"Sometimes we can all feel we’re playing kind of samey, safe in what we already know, but short of new ideas to practice and apply. AJ Rousell’s system takes basic ideas and grows them by varying and combining them and orchestrating them around the in myriad ways. A table of all the exercises’ possible combos will help guide you through the many ideas until you find what works for you. And in this sense it’s quite unique, putting your progress back into your hands (as opposed to just slavishly following a book of exercises), which will grow your vocabulary, by making you think about and apply what you're creating.
